Service Scope

• We provide homestyle meals, meal plans, and catering services in designated delivery areas.
• Availability of menu items may vary by day and event size.

Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid unless cash on delivery is explicitly allowed.
• Party orders require an advance booking with a minimum deposit of 50%.

Delivery

• We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen events.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details.

Liability

While we take utmost care in hygiene and preparation, Posham Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies.
