Choose 10, or 15, or 25 Meals/Bowls. Pick Lunch, Dinner, or Both. Select your base — rice, oats, millets, wheat, and more — enjoy thrice-weekly delivery, add extras, note allergies, and set veggie-only days
Step 2: Pick 10 Favorites
In the 5-day weekly plan, choose 10 favorite meals or bowls for twice-weekly delivery — offered separately from the 3-day thali option. Irrespective of the base you choose, you’ll have full access to all varieties
Step 3: Add the Magic
Wholesome sides & add-ons — from proteins and carbs to dals, curries, chutneys, and raitas — bringing balance, variety, and flavor to every bowl or meal

Customize with lean chicken, fish, paneer, or tofu, plus sprouts, greens, and seeds. Low-oil cooking, homestyle flavors, and separate toppings ensure your lunch is fresh, satisfying, and energizing — your health, your way.
🌞 Breakfast Bowls
Power up your mornings with Posham Kitchen’s Breakfast Bowls — oats, millets, yogurt, or chia bases built for real life. Each bowl balances 18–35g of protein, fiber, and low added sugar, topped with seasonal fruits and a crunchy seed mix. Choose your style: Classic, High-Protein (Fitness), Low-GI/Diabetic, Weight-Loss, or Kids-Mild. Bases include steel-cut oats, foxtail/kodo millet porridge, quinoa flakes, or Greek yogurt parfaits; protein boosts range from tofu/paneer to a clean whey/plant scoop. Fruit is portioned smartly, sweeteners kept optional, and toppings packed separately for perfect texture. Fresh, homestyle, and goal-focused — your breakfast, your way.

- Mon–Fri Delivery Aligned with your weekly breakfast plan—delivery available on Saturdays and Sundays too, if needed
- Veg only Days Choose Veg-Only Days anytime—flexible and completely optional.
- Consume breakfast within 2–3 hours; keep refrigerated if delayed.
- Allergens milk • nuts • gluten (GF options available).
- Sweetness: Unsweetened by default; add honey/date syrup on request.
