Choose your style: Classic, High-Protein (Fitness), Low-GI/Diabetic, Weight-Loss, or Kids-Mild. Bases include steel-cut oats, foxtail/kodo millet porridge, quinoa flakes, or Greek yogurt parfaits; protein boosts range from tofu/paneer to a clean whey/plant scoop.
