Description

Halved boiled eggs are seared and coated in a semi-dry onion-tomato masala with ginger-garlic, pepper, jeera, chilli and kasuri methi. Blue default: measured oil, no cream/cashew, no sugar. Great as a protein side with ½-cup base or small phulkas + salad.

Nutrition (est., low-oil, 2 eggs + masala ~180–200 g): ~200–280 kcal • ~4–8 g carbs • ~12–16 g protein • ~12–18 g fat
