Comforting mixed millet (foxtail/kodo/little) with yellow moong and non-starchy veg (beans, carrot, peas, spinach). Finished with a tiny mustard–jeera tadka and turmeric–ginger. Blue default: soupy, low-oil, low-sodium; gluten-free base.
