Refund Policy
At Posham Kitchen, we are committed to delivering fresh, homestyle meals of the highest quality. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
Cancellations
- Daily Meal Orders: Can be canceled one day in advance.
- Meal Plans (Weekly/Monthly): Can only be canceled after the first week of service.
- Party Orders / Catering: Must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if an online order is not delivered.
- In case of undelivered meals, service may be extended to the next available day as an alternative.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Refunds
- Once food has been delivered and accepted, refunds will not be applicable due to the perishable nature of meals.
